Journalist and bee-it author wins prestigious award!

We are delighted to announce that respected journalist and regular guest author at bee-it, Sal McKeown has won the prestigious CIPR award for Business Education Journalist of the Year.

The Education Journalism Awards 2015 aim to celebrate and promote captivating specialist education journalism from pre-school through to adult education and across local, national and international reporting. Each year, the awards attract entries from both established specialist education correspondents and journalists looking to break into the sector.

Speaking immediately after the announcement, Sal said:

“I am stunned! I have not had a particularly lucky day, but then I beat the Independent and the Financial Times, how good is that?!”
